Provide packaging, weight and dimensions for each item, along with stackability, handling equipment needs and vehicle access and unloading conditions at the destination. Compare Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) according to cargo suitability. Project cargo, irregular equipment and special handling require a separate assessment.
Cargo collection can be coordinated through Yiwu, Guangzhou and Wenxian, Henan; Yiwu includes a sorting centre. Share each supplier’s collection location, cargo list and ready date before the receiving point, handover method and receiving arrangements are agreed. Acceptance conditions vary by receiving point and shipment.
For goods purchased in Japan, South Korea or Southeast Asia and proposed for transit via China to Dushanbe, add the original shipping country, proposed entry point into China, current cargo location and status, and any transport or documentation already arranged. Identify the customer’s country, purchase country, China entry point and final destination separately. Transit, handover and onward road transport require shipment-specific verification; submitting details does not confirm feasibility.
Chemicals, dangerous goods and oversized or heavy cargo require individual assessment. Provide the cargo name, packaging, package count, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. For chemicals and dangerous goods, add the SDS, UN number and dangerous-goods class where applicable; for project equipment, add photographs or drawings. Acceptance depends on the route, vehicle and specific arrangements.
FTL/LTL suitability, door-to-door or warehouse-to-warehouse scope, dispatch, estimated transit, customs coordination, tracking updates, insurance and final delivery are confirmed in the shipment proposal. Check which services are included or excluded and who is responsible for handling and documents. Charges depend on the cargo, route and agreed services.
Send the cargo and packaging information available, marking missing, outdated or unverified details. If an invoice or packing list is already prepared, state its status so descriptions and quantities can be checked. Quotation information does not confirm that shipment documents are complete; agree which documents are needed and who prepares and checks them for the shipment.
Agree whether the estimate starts at supplier collection, receipt at the collection point or vehicle dispatch, and identify the final handover point. Any waiting to combine batches should be stated separately. A requested receipt date supports planning and does not confirm departure or arrival; timing is agreed for the shipment. Send your customer type, origin or collection location, final destination, cargo description, package count, weight, dimensions of each package, cargo-ready date and contact details. State weight in kg or tonnes and dimensions in cm or metres; mark information that is still pending. The shipment is assessed against its cargo and delivery requirements. Complete information does not constitute acceptance for transport.
You can submit a feasibility enquiry first. Alongside the cargo details, give the original shipping country, China entry point and cargo status. Transit and handover feasibility must be assessed before the quotation scope is confirmed.
