For a road freight quote from China to Kyrgyzstan, send each supplier’s cargo details, gross weight and packaged dimensions, ready date and final address in Bishkek or an agreed nearby location. Xinya Freight assesses FTL or LTL against the shipment and confirms collection, dispatch and delivery scope in the proposal.

Less-than-Truckload (LTL) combines compatible freight in road transport and can be considered when comparing quotations. Its suitability still depends on shipment volume, cargo characteristics and available arrangements. If one batch is ready earlier, say whether it can wait for the rest and state your requested receipt date. Waiting, storage, separate dispatch and final delivery charges need to be confirmed.
Cargo collection can be coordinated through Yiwu, Guangzhou and Wenxian, Henan; Yiwu includes a sorting centre. Share each supplier’s collection location, cargo list and ready date before the receiving point, handover method and receiving arrangements are agreed. Acceptance conditions vary by receiving point and shipment.
For consumer goods, boxed cargo, large tyres, drums and building materials, state the actual commodity; “general cargo” or “drums” alone is insufficient. Full Truckload (FTL) can be considered for freight requiring a dedicated vehicle. Chemicals, dangerous goods or goods containing special substances need supporting information and manual assessment before acceptance.
Chemicals, dangerous goods and oversized or heavy cargo require individual assessment. Provide the cargo name, packaging, package count, weight, dimensions and handling requirements. For chemicals and dangerous goods, add the SDS, UN number and dangerous-goods class where applicable; for project equipment, add photographs or drawings. Acceptance depends on the route, vehicle and specific arrangements.
FTL/LTL suitability, door-to-door or warehouse-to-warehouse scope, dispatch, estimated transit, customs coordination, tracking updates, insurance and final delivery are confirmed in the shipment proposal. Check which services are included or excluded and who is responsible for handling and documents. Charges depend on the cargo, route and agreed services.
If crating, palletising or other packaging changes the packed weight, external dimensions or package count, send the revised details before confirming the quote. Ask which charging basis and cargo measurements were used, and state whether the packages can be stacked. The original quote needs to be checked against the updated cargo.
State the requested handover point, vehicle-access and receiving-time restrictions, and who will arrange unloading staff and equipment. Confirm whether final delivery, unloading and waiting are included, separately charged or still to be agreed. The final scope is confirmed for the shipment. Use the dispatch and delivery planning guide to prepare your enquiry.
Send your customer type, origin or collection location, final destination, cargo description, package count, weight, dimensions of each package, cargo-ready date and contact details. State weight in kg or tonnes and dimensions in cm or metres; mark information that is still pending. The shipment is assessed against its cargo and delivery requirements. Complete information does not constitute acceptance for transport.
Package count alone is not enough to decide. Compare quotations using total volume, weight, packaging, route and delivery scope; there is no fixed saving percentage.
Provide the exact cargo name, packaging, quantity, weight and dimensions, plus the SDS, UN number and dangerous-goods class where applicable. The route and transport arrangements can be confirmed only after manual assessment.
