Turkmenistan is one of Xinya Freight’s five Central Asian road freight destinations from China. Shipments to Ashgabat and other confirmed destinations can be assessed using the cargo details, receiving address and delivery requirements. Acceptance, routing and operating arrangements are confirmed per shipment.
Provide the origin or collection point, final delivery address in Turkmenistan, receiving contact and requested delivery date. For door-to-door or warehouse-to-warehouse service, agree handover locations, loading and unloading responsibilities, vehicle access and receiving conditions. Any other destination must be specified in the shipment proposal.
Collection can be coordinated through Yiwu, Guangzhou and Wenxian, Henan; Yiwu includes a sorting centre. State the number of suppliers, readiness dates for each batch and packaging details before agreeing receiving points and handover. Acceptance conditions at each point depend on the cargo.
Road FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-than-Truckload) can be compared using total volume, weight, cargo characteristics and delivery needs. LTL suitability, consolidation, waiting and storage arrangements require confirmation for the specific shipment.
For machinery, engineering materials and project equipment, provide each item’s weight, packed dimensions, photographs or drawings and handling requirements. Oversized cargo needs individual assessment of the route, vehicle and operating conditions.
For chemicals and dangerous goods, separately identify the exact product, characteristics, packaging and quantity. Include available safety data sheets (SDS), UN numbers and hazard classes where applicable. Acceptance depends on the cargo information, route and specific arrangements; receiving conditions still need confirmation after the information is submitted.
Confirm applicable arrangements and charges for the vehicle, collection, handling, storage, customs coordination, status updates, insurance and final delivery. Identify included and excluded services and each party’s responsibilities. The border crossing, dispatch and estimated transit are agreed for the shipment. Requested dates inform planning.
